Another article which gave me some information was from an article written by Diana Pounds on an Iowa State page. This paper told me how much money is being put into funding athletics in Iowa and how most of this money is going to college level sports which gave me a strong argument on how more money needs to go to youth athletics and not so much to college considering college athletics bring in so much money.
